Deep Dives ๐Ÿ”

Drill down on focus areas for expert level analysis.

Updated over a month ago

Deep dives aggregate signals across board packs and supporting documents, so you can see trends, variances, and outliers at a glance. Each deep-dive โ€œpaperโ€ is refreshable, fully cited, and interactive: ask questions, take notes, and send key points to your Prep sheet.

Deep-dive types (overview)

  • Board Pre-read - synthesizes the latest board material, financials, and previous minutes.

  • Financial Health - key metrics and recommendations for improvement.

  • Competitor Analysis - competitor activity, strategy, and positioning.

  • Inconsistency Analysis - cross-document discrepancies to investigate.

  • Market Trends - emerging industry/market trends and potential opportunities/risks.

  • Risk Analysis - major risks, impact, and mitigations.

  • Strategy Review - alignment to objectives; gaps and progress.

  • Operational Review - 6-month operational performance and key decisions.

Each type pulls from the current meeting and previous meetings for detailed trends.
