2. Review AI insights

The Left rail surfaces decisions, risks and actions for each document. You can click on any of these to jump directly to the source page for quick navigation.

3. Perform AI analysis

Tutaki allows you to use the power of AI without the need to prompt. Perform comprehensive AI analysis with one click on the header bar. All analysis runs through Janet your personal AI agent:

  • Get Insights that represent the most critical document info

  • Suggested board questions tailored to what changed vs. prior meetings

  • Inconsistencies across documents (numbers, dates, narrative conflicts)

  • Assess the Completeness of the paper based on best practices

Each insight links to exact pages and has in line references to double check the sources.

4. Annotate

Notes are fundamental to preparation. You can access your notes via the Header bar, by the floating bar on the right of the document or by highlighted any text.
