Make preparation a breeze with Tutaki Meetings.

Updated over a month ago

Tutaki’s Meetings space is where directors and executives get meeting-ready. All you need to do is upload a board pack to:

  • Get instant analysis of your board packs (key risks, questions, trends)

  • Search and recall context and notes across all board documents

  • All in one customizable workspace

The power of meeting-prep automation

When you create a meeting and attach your board pack, Tutaki automatically builds a connected workspace for that Meeting. It analyzes not just the documents you uploaded, but previous meetings and notes to create linked insights such as inconsistencies, and links every insight to agenda items and the exact pages you'll discuss in your meeting.

Before you start

  • Companies: Meetings are for a specific company, before starting a meeting check if you're on the right company. How to add more companies.

  • Documents: PDFs work best for board packs but you can also add word docs, spreadsheets and slides.

  • Good practice: Upload all relevant documents including agenda, previous minutes and supporting materials. The more context the better!

Quick start (3 steps)

1. Create a meeting: select a month and press start meeting

2. Upload your board pack: drag-and-drop the PDF or click to open your file folder, Tutaki starts analysis automatically.

3. Personalize & Prepare: That's it, you're ready to prepare for the meeting. If you do want to personalize your dashboard and insights follow these steps.
